Single-row wall garden system with plant boxes, integrated LED full-spectrum plant lighting (100 natural white + 20 red, spectral range 400–720 nm - 3 light modes and 10 brightness levels 10% to 100%) and automatic control. Power supply 230V / Consumption 7 W at 1100 LM.
Material: Bio-based PLA (food safe). All plastics with manufacturer's certificates / approvals and ecologically harmless.
Assembly by a single person can be realized in about 15 minutes. The very descriptive, enclosed manual guides you step by step through the structure of the system. Dimensions (when assembled): length 75 cm, depth 45 cm, height 50 cm.
The cultivation of vegetables, fruits, herbs and other plants can be realized with this system without prior knowledge and effort. Textile wicks conveying water (possibly enriched with nutrients) from the liquid containers into the planters – making the system self-watering. The intelligent, automatic control of the plant lighting guarantees a continuous supply of light and thus ideal conditions for growth and yield.

There are more than 800 million households in our supply area with a specific need for our products - robust and enormously useful wall garden systems for partial self-sufficiency with food, herbs, spices and flowers in organic quality. Our goals are ambitious but achievable: We will reach a large part of these target groups and convince them to buy our products.
Why it will succeed? Quite simply: our wall gardens are unique. They fit into this time, have a more sustainable effect than the comparable products and we can offer them at a much lower price than our competitors. In addition, we rely on significantly more sales channels and marketing strategies.

Now it gets really interesting: After the main shareholders have already invested more than 250 K Euro for product development, patents, reserving rights and the implementation of sales structures, between August and December 2024 a total of 400 micro shares will be issued to investors. Each share given out is 0.1225 percent and can be signed for 612,50 Euro. All together a maximum of 49 percent can be owned by investors. Each ivestor can sign up to a maximum of 100 shares.
This gives them the opportunity to participate in the company's success. Each shareholder is included in the shareholders contract and agreement - the participation is notarized. As the annual balance sheet has been drawn up, the dividends are paid once a year.
The secondary shareholders are represented by a five-member supervisory board, to which the management is obliged to report at every time. The management, represented by the two main shareholders is in responsibility to enforce the company's goals under strict control by the shareholder representatives. They report in detail at the shareholders' meeting, which is also held annually.

Here an example caculation:
In this example calculation, a single investor wants to acquire 5% of the available 49% Hildje™ company's shares. An fix issue price of 612,50 Euro for each share was contractually agreed. This is the same for all partners - there is no staggering or reduction. The investor transfers 25.113 Euro to the company´s bank account and is immediately confirmed as a shareholder by a deed. From now on, 5% of the company's profits after taxes, reserves and liabilities will be paid out to the shareholder in February of the following year. The prerequisite for this is the confirmed balance sheet. This graphs illustrate the profitability of the investment after 1, 3 and 5 years:
From August to December 2024 we only issue a maximum of 49% of the company´s shares. It is the decision of the main shareholders to sell or transfer further shares of their pool in future. The regulations of the share-holders' agreement do apply.

Our wall gardens are manufactured in a climate neutral way and made from 100% bio plastic (PLA) using fused deposition technology. Polylactide (PLA) is a polyester based on renewable raw materials such as sugar cane or corn. The material, made up of lactic acid molecules, is a biodegradable plastic thats spreads no harmful micro plastic. The human body is also able to break down Polylactide. The plastic is therefore used in medicine, for example in the form of absorbable implants and sutures.
PLA has high-quality mechanical properties, resistance to oils, fats and alcohol and is available in almost every color. The biopolymer is therefore increasingly replacing “classic” plastics such as Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP).
